Wayhome uses SMS messaging to communicate with users regarding rental property inquiries, applications, bookings, stays, and related customer support. Messages may include responses to inquiries about rental listings, booking and check-in information, maintenance notifications, service scheduling updates, and ongoing support during a user's stay. Messages may be sent by an automated system (including AI-assisted responses) or directly by Wayhome staff or property hosts, and are typically sent in response to user actions or inquiries.
2. Cancellation / Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Wayhome.
If you wish to re-enroll, you may do so by signing up again through the Wayhome website or submitting a new inquiry as you did originally.
